Once I got the okay to exercise, after Zac made his debut, I went running with my awesome friend, Fallon. I was so nervous because it had been, oh you know, maybe 8 months since I exercised. Yes, I was lazy and didn't wanna when I was pregnant...not a smart move.
I wasn't as tired as I thought I would be but man my uterus hurt. Yikes. Should I share that? We ran 1.4 miles to the T and then came home and celebrated with a Fat Boy ice cream. Yes Please!!!

Lovely Activities
Do you remember that Office episode when Kevin walks up to Pam and starts crying like a baby right next to her chest? You find out that he was going to see if she would leak milk. It was hilarious!!!!
We had our 4th anniversary on May 27th. We left Zac with Mark's parents, they came in town, for a quick dinner trip to Macaroni Grill. I fed Zac right before I left and as we are sitting at dinner, I start leaking every where and couldn't figure out why. I realized that someone had a baby that was crying and it was making me leak. hahahahaha...so, if you make baby noises or hear a baby cry, you will soak your shirt. Trust me...it happened.
Us on Zac's blessing day, June 3rd, 2012. Mark's family came into town to meet our new addition and so we blessed him early, at 3 weeks old.
Crazy!! This is a pictures of 5 generations. Great Great Grandma, Great Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, and baby Zac. This is so rare and feel blessed to get a picture.
Here are all of the wonderful people that shared the special day with us! Thanks for being there, we love you!
Zachary Carter Stanford
Zac was born May 11, 2012 at 9:17 am
6 pounds 12 ounces
19 inches long
When Zac was put into my arms for the first time and we both looked into each other's eyes, I felt like we both had been waiting our whole lives for that moment. I felt like we were the only ones in the room...I don't remember what else was going on, I just remember that I was madly in love with my little Zac!!!
Our first family photo
This was Zac's first bath. In the beginning, he HATED bath time and would scream the entire time. Now, he loves them and will kick and smile and talk the whole time.
This is CRAZY to me. On the left is what little Zac wore when we brought him home and on the right is him in the same outfit 6 weeks later. Holy huge!!!
11 days after he was born he was already back up to birth weight. Goooo Zac!! At 6 weeks, he would only eat if both of his hands were by his mouth. He had already laughed and he was smiling like crazy.
I was able to bring this bundle of joy home on Mother's Day! Can I just say that you can't have a better Mother's Day than that?!
The last of the Preggo Pics and Labor
Ok, here I am at 37 weeks. I really popped this week. Yay for stretch marks!! What is that quote from pinterest? I am a tiger that just earned my stripes :)
My wonderful mom and sis put together a shower for me and this is what the table looked like. They are the best!! Love you guys!
Ok, so at 37 weeks I was already dilated to a 2 and 90% effaced when I went to my appointment. They stripped my membranes and that was lovely! I had hardish contractions from then to the end.
At my 38 week appointment, I was dilated to a 4 and 90% effaced and still not having consistent contractions. The PA asked if I wanted my membranes stripped again and I did. She told me to tell her when I couldn't handle it anymore. I was expecting it to be fast like last time and thought that I would just suck it up until she was done. No...she went on for about 15 seconds and I couldn't take it anymore.
I was hoping that I would go into labor that night but the contractions weren't consistent at all. DANG!! I woke up that next morning and felt great (booooo). I didn't know if I should go to work that day because I work 30 mins away and didn't want to have to rush home when I was already dilated to a 4, so I said a nice little prayer to see if I should go to work and my feelings were that I could go to work that day but I wouldn't be going in the next day. I vetoed and didn't go anyway!
My mom came down to go shopping and I walked all day to keep the contractions going, I ate pineapple for dinner, and did the other known things to go into labor ;).
My mom told me all day to take a picture of my belly because we all knew that I was close but I decided not too...definitely should have.
Really bad contractions started at 7 pm and were 11 minutes and under. I "went to bed" but couldn't really sleep because the contractions hurt so bad. Finally around 1 am, the contractions were 5 minutes or less apart. I woke up Mark and we headed to the hospital. As we were walking in, and I looked like death, we snapped the pic above of me right before :).
We went in and I was dilated to a 5 and 100% effaced. They immediately admitted me and I was able to get the epidural right then. YES!!!!! I will be a spokesperson for those....in heaven. I was watching the screen and seeing my body having contractions and I couldn't feel them. I was so grateful because my body was shaking from the contractions of the day.
The cord was around his neck and so I had to lay on my side the entire time. At 8:15 am I was ready to push this little guy out. I decided to watch in the mirror and after pushing his head out, I couldn't watch anymore. It's weird seeing another humans head in between your legs and so I stopped watching. Little Zachary Carter Stanford made his debut at 9:17 am.

Birthday
Oh boy! Here I am behind again. So...remember those days when you were 3 and you got your first bike for your birthday? You were so excited that you ran straight outside and rode it around the neighborhood with the biggest grin?
That was me on my birthday!! I was so excited that I went out and rode my new bike before work.
Thanks Mark!! I love my bike. Yes...my birthday was in March and this was in March and I am just blogging about it and I was still 30 weeks pregnant :).

Really?!

These yoga pants have saved my life!! Yes, they are yoga pants and yes I wear them almost every day to everything :). They are thick enough that you can't see through them and stretchy in the waste and just super comfy. Thank you Nordstrom, I'll love you forever!
I seriously can't believe that on Saturday I will be 36 weeks. Where the heck has the time gone? We can't wait to meet this little muchkin but still have a ton to do to get ready for him.
This baby has been so nice to me. My biggest enemies, during this pregnancy, has been acid reflux/heart burn and fatigue. The first trimester, I literally could have slept for 24 hours a day. I have never been so tired in my life. I have been tired lately too but not near as bad as in the beginning. I'm definitely not complaining though. We'll see how the last few weeks go. Wish us luck!!!

Oh boy!
This is our little munchkin and I may be a bit biased but dang he is cuuuuute!!! Looking at this picture just makes me belly laugh though. Do you see his cute little head/face on the right? Do you see what kind of looks like his arm above his face and touching his eye brow? Nope....that's his foot!! hahahaha he sat the entire ultrasound with both feet touching his eye brows, wow! I must say that he doesn't get that gene from me!
